Qx50 to g37x engine swap
Qx50 to g37x engine swap
Does anyone have first hand knowledge, please no assumptions, but actual facts if the harness on a 2016 qx50 will be direct swap to an 09 g37x?
Just picked the engine up today, all connectors look identical. Wiring colors seem to be identical. I just want to be sure before I install it and for some reason the pinouts are different and I fry my ecu. Thanks in advance

If anyone comes across this and is in the same situation the answer is you must swap harnesses from your old engine to the new engine.
Unfortunately I didn't find out till after I installed and it's much easier to swap harnesses out of the car than it is in the car 😅 but it's running great now!
