Any way to add paddle shifters to a base modle G37 w/o harness inputs on the column?
Yes I have complete this mod. The wiring is easy. The install is very difficult if there is NO WIRING. I will be glad to help. Step One go to a junk yard to get the wiring. Get the plug with the wiring from M66 and the plugs with the wiring at the paddle shift. WHEN you have this let me know.
'06 journey coupe here. No harness so I made my own harness.
At first was planning to splice off the hand shift switches.
But the paddle shifters I sourced were three wire.
Ended up tracing a stock wiring diagram and discovered they actually plug into the AC amplifier. (Located just above the radio/CD player unit). Stole the correct plugs (and wires/pins) from a junkyard dome light harness. (From a Murano I think)
Works a charm!

YES, YES, YES... Finally figured out how to add paddle shifters to my 2008 G37 Journey Coupe. I'll post some pictures when I get time. You have to get a couple of connector contacts from your dealer. Insert them in connector M66 behind the dash and make your own harness. It does require soldering etc. Mine works great!
I have a flicker account, but post can’t be found.
Please help!!!!!
Awesome
