Finally got everything scheduled with LightWerkz to get my headlights done! Car is getting dropped off on March 8th, picking her up on March 10th. Quad 90mm Diode Dynamics HD Switchback Halos, 3" STI-R Clear Lens, matte black housings, gloss black shrouds, Phillips X-Treme Ultinon LED Turn Signals, and Osram CBI 5500K bulbs. It's gonna be a good time.

 

Sounds like a solid plan, any plans for any lens etching? Pretty cool touch from the few I've seen around here.

 

Nope, I just went with the plain old STI-R clear lens upgrade. Although I do love the honeycomb etched lenses.

 

Me too. It's one of those things I'm predisposed to roll my eyes at, and yet... it's a really nice detail, IMO.

Looking forward to seeing these in August. Vivid's headlights, too.

You helped me out quite a bit! I contacted Stance directly and they even recommend 13/8k for the AWD sedan, so I think I made the right choice.

On that note, would you be interested in a pair of Phillips LED X-Treme Ultinon turn signals? I'm going to be purchasing some from Japan, $50 a pair. Let me know! They're some of the best LED turn signal bulbs on the market.

 

I had to go read up on them to see what they were actually and what the issues were with standard LED's in that bulb location.
