Everything is slowly coming together. Very happy with my engine bay/front end right now.

Look at that naked hood. Z went commando, and ditched the sound-deadening panel.

Just as well. It would have scratched the heck out of your newly painted FSTB.

It looks so much cleaner this way! I'd be so butthurt if it got scratched.

Up next is gloss black vinyl on the chrome window trim and front grille! I'll be leaving the Fuji chrome of course.

Following Mkhlmnn footsteps, I decided to make a walk-around video of my sedan. Thanks for the inspiration.

Not the best video, but you get the idea. (Car is a little bit dirty, wheels look amazing though.)

Thanks man! I'm going to hold out on the sport lip for now, since i haven't decided which route I want to take with the diffuser, side skirts, and carbon fiber lip. If I don't end up doing that, I'll just get the OEM lip and call it a day. (My bank account is also recovering from the sport bumper swap )

And I was actually supposed to do my grille and window trim 2 weeks ago, but the guy wasn't competent enough to do the window trim. He wanted to peel back the rubber weather stripping to apply the vinyl and I didn't want to mess with that. So I just left empty handed. The car will be sitting for 6 months anyways, I'll get on that the moment I get back in the beginning of next year.

Yeah, steer clear of that trim guy

That's something you could do yourself if & when you get the time.
Oh, and like others have mentioned, big props for your service to our country, very appreciated my friend

Hahaha, yeah. I was bummed out at first but I got over it. I'd rather have it done properly. I'll probably just buy $50 worth of vinyl just in case I keep messing up.

And thanks Brad, means a lot. It's not special, really. I'm just a regular 20 year old guy.

Seeing that I'm already bored of my current exhaust setup (Berks HFC and Tanabe axleback), I'm looking to switch things up a bit. I have AWD so my only real options are the Ark, Stillen and Fast Intentions.

I want something loud, but bearable. I understand Berks are somewhat raspy but I don't mind rasp. Only rasp that bugs me is from mismatched piping in the exhaust. Thoughts? Not looking to purchase this exhaust until sometime next year when I return from my deployment.

Zahy I have the berks paired with the fi cbe with 18" resonators. 2.25" piping. I don't have any rasp and it is perfect in my opinion. I originally had the fi rhfc but wanted more sound is this fit the bill. When you get back we can link up and I'll let you hear it in person

Sweet! I was walking around the meet asking about exhaust setups. I'll definitely wait to hear your setup.

Well, you certainly heard mine. Loud but livable, no rasp, and gorgeous components with spot on fitment.

I actually wish I had got a better listen of your setup! The FI does look amazing. Looks like it's moving to the top of my list, but possibly with 12" resonators and 2.5" piping.

Car is paid off as of August 27, 2016! Car was purchased on September 2nd, 2015. Proud of myself, especially being only 21 years old. I think I'll keep it through college (won't start until I'm 22, due to me being in the military)

Now I can focus more on mods
