I've spent the past couple of days researching what suspension components I'm going to purchase along with my Stance SuperSport coilovers.
This is what I've decided on:
Stance SuperSport True-type coilovers - Swift spring upgrade
Battle Version rear camber arm
Battle Version (or SPC) rear toe rod - This will replace the spring bucket.
Apparently a front camber kit isn't required on the Stance coils because they come with camber plates. I don't plan on slamming my car.
Still undecided on which sway bar end-links to go with due to my car being AWD. The whiteline end-links should fit the rear but not the fronts?

Hey Zahy, hope all is well The "camber plates" is just a generic selling tool, some models have them, the G suspension isn't set up to use them. Only way to set up camber in front is with new Upper Control Arms. Not familiar w/ the Battle Version products, will have to look them up. There's also Voodoo sets that look nice, I think they also make toe arms as well. Depending on how hard you plan to push your G might also consider moog end links, get good reviews for being better than OEM, but don't have the adjusters if that's what you're looking for. Look forward to your upcoming updates.

Ah, wasn't aware that the G wasn't set up for camber plates. Battle Version is pretty well known in the Nissan world, very high quality products. Are adjustable end links a must? My car might see the occasional track day (once or twice a year).
Looks like I'll be getting some JDM tail lights pretty soon! Turns out they're dirt cheap out here, found several pairs. Brand new for ~$200 and the used ones go for less than $100! I'm gonna see whatever JDM goodies I can find out here in Okinawa. Not as cool as mainland, but it's better than nothing.
I even learned a few things. I had no idea the sport side skirts or headlights were different.
I travel for work and I'm away from my car for up to a week at a time. Really sucks when you do a fresh mod and then have to leave. I'm sure you're dying having to leave it for six months.

That surprises a lot of people. The differences are so subtle, you almost wonder why Nissan bothered.
That said, put them both side-by-side, and it's an easy choice which one looks better.
The thing that shocked me about the car, that I didn't know until after buying it, was that our exhaust manifolds were actually shorty headers. But you already knew that, coming from the Z.

And a big thank you for your service!!
Thanks! In due time, I'll purchase the sport side skirts and I'll be getting my headlights done by LightWerkz (matte black housing, gloss black shrouds, STi-R lense, and dual switchback halos?) No rush

I can justify the OEM sport part purchases because an A54 sedan is already hard to come by, let alone one with the sport trim. I'm not too worried about it.
Stance SuperSport coilovers w/Swift springs along with SPC front, and SPL rear toe/camber arms should be purchased before I get back to the US though. Coilovers have taken priority over the big brake upgrade because I felt my OEM shocks/struts on Swifts getting pretty bouncy, and the handling wasn't as predictable as it used to be when I had first lowered the car.

Oh, totally. The suspension upgrade is something you will appreciate every time you drive your car, but as a DD the brake upgrade won't be noticed at all. It's just very attractive. That said, your 15-spoke rims obfuscate the brakes anyway, so there's that.

Good choices.
I don't think we'll ever come to an agreement on the whole Akebono BBK upgrade. I think it's hilarious
Welp, I thought I'd be waiting until I got back from Japan to purchase any more parts for my car... but here I am with a new steering wheel made by Redline Goods. This is what it currently looks like, just waiting for Redline Goods to complete the leather wrap. I thought long and hard about this mod, but the price was just right, and I couldn't stand the OEM steering wheel on the G37. I have large hands and the OEM wheel was just too thin. I'm really looking forward to installing this on my car once I return back to the states.
Options I went with:
-Flat bottom
-Custom molded sides/thumb grips
-Perforated sides/smooth leather (top and bottom)
-White stitching
If you're interested in purchasing your own custom, flat bottom steering wheel from Redline Goods, I have started a group buy thread.
I've got some very good news! My custom, flat-bottom steering wheel was finally completed by RedlineGoods. I'll also be installing a custom armrest cover from them as well.
Let me know what you guys think
