Bumper and grille painted!

Front Bumper

Grille

Trunk repaint in progress...
Also, I tried to debadge the trunk and ran into some issues...
I'll be busy the next couple weeks with my brakes. My bumper should be ready to install this weekend.

Update!
So, I realize I haven't posted since I got the bumper painted and installed. Also got the trunk repainted after I screwed it up debadging it to paint the emblems last year. If I get time I'll take better pics but here's a side shot.

Great job!!!
The charcoal wheels compliment the entire ride, you should look into adding more charcoal accents to the car.

Always makes me smile seeing my old 4DSC decal on someone's car. Very gratifying.

Car looks great, love the gunmetal finish on the sport coupe wheels. Headlights need attention.

Nice looking neighborhood.

Thanks!
Yeah My wife is my sugar momma now. I'm the stay at home dad. My youngest is virtual school again this year because of all the nonsense and the middle son (18) is in college now, as well as myself starting again in the spring.

Headlights need to be redone for real, I've cleaned them twice this year. Before that though, the dash cracked around the vents on the drivers side and the head unit even though it's garage kept and wiped down with protectant every month. Interior bezel parts need to be wrapped, the Mt Fuji emblem and G37xs emblems need to be painted and reattached since the trunk got painted, and finally the engine cover I have plans to custom paint and clear coat.
I have put in dash cams front and rear with a parking sensor back in August. I was tired of folks riding my bumper and being crazy. LOL.

Like I said though I've been so busy it's been hard to get things done. If anyone knows where to buy a replacement dash cheap I'd appreciate it. So far looking online all I see are about $1200 at the dealers. There used to be some about $780 but they're sold out online. Only other option would be a junkyard possibly but then you have to hope it's not already junk when you get there you know?

Since my last post a lot changed.
First, the silver G37x above got returned to Carmax with a bad exhaust! The wife and I were fed up with their excuses. We did buy my son another one (better price) and it's a G37xS, also silver.
As for my ride, this is the end of the build thread. I fixed it up and cleaned it. Then....I sold it. I miss it a little, but I got a 2014 Audi RS5 that will fill the void.
I'll remain on the forums because my son's car is still in my yard and because I might miss mine from time to time so I'll come here and remember it. Be good folks!
