Unfortunately I don't have a back-up car, the house has eaten that money. To be honest though, if I wind up with a back-up car this will probably be it. I've been looking at a TT RX-7 for a bit now. Managed to hold off but if the house sells, if taxes aren't bad and the bonus is good then maybe...

Thank you for the insight, I'll look into the Toyo and A/S3 again to see what makes sense for me. Sounds like you think the 245/45/19 will be a good size?

Been awhile since I updated this, I don't know if I have pics of everything but I'll check around.

FI RHFCs are installed definitely more oomph and a nicer tone.
Hotchkis sways are installed and what a difference!
Picked up the Z1 PCV hoses and installed them, look a lot better and fit much better as well.
Restitched the shift boot using blue thread, very small and subtle difference.
Swapped out the shifter **** for an M35 perforated ****.
FI CBE is being built now, hoping to have it by the end of the month.
Akebonos are out getting painted now. I have a test color but I think we're going to change it up a little in the end. Mike isn't helping and I keep thinking Lambo yellow.... But so far I'm not going that route.
Cusco bar is waiting for the brackets to get back from paint and for me to decide if I'm going to have it redone in black chrome or black nickel.
Just picked up spare interior parts and am going to try a project, should be interesting.
And tires... I'm leaning now towards running a summer and winter set and just keeping both sets of Rays. No huge rush to decide I suppose, I'm not going to be able to do much driving until June or July anyway.

Woah woah slow down, what happened to the purple calipers you had them already done couple weeks ago?? Did you actually change your mind Chris after I told you lambo yellow would look sick on your all blacked out Sedan ? Dammit now I'm surprised to find that out!

I may stick with that color Mike but I'm on the fence. I liked the shift in the UV but am still thinking plum crazy would pop nicely. The lambo yellow is tempting... I still think it might be too much of a pop for me long term.

B I don't do much else I guess? It sounds like a lot but I hadn't updated in some time so... Though I haven't started the interior project full on yet. Once I do that I may disappear

Looks like an official "find Chris a caliper color" thread is in order

BTW, I vote for burnt copper.

New shifter **** and stitching, I may redo this again. I like the color and the look but I would like to see if I can find a waxed thread maybe.

That's about it. Everything else is in progress or just sitting in the apartment. I picked up a Stillen roof spoiler during their sale but still need to get it painted. I think I'm going to do that when I get some other paint issues fixed and after a good machine polish.

I've decided that while I like my lightly tinted tails they need to be changed. Going to go either JDM or midnight (don't think JDM midnight would look right) eventually I think but no rush.

Lol! well... Not really I guess.

I don't really use them to be honest. Once in awhile to grab a lower gear as I'm passing someone or exiting on a ramp or something. They don't change the shift lag at all so until get a tune they're just there because.. Race car?

Thank you sir, I feel like it's coming along slowly. And it feels good to work on something again. Much better than laying on the couch well, most days anyway.

The shift **** was a Christmas gift but IIRC it was $135. I found a couple used ones but the price was so close it didn't make sense when most were scuffed up. If I was more talented I would try to restitch that too but no sense in ruining it.
