My experience with 'glowing headers' has been timing related: Exhaust and/or ignition.

I'm suspicious of lean as culprit. By the time it was that lean it wouldn't run smooth at all.

At any rate you will find out. Keep on it!

Glad to see you got a spark of life out of her Sam. Nice. Now to the tuning to get it where you want it, then the enjoyment.

Your almost done, it's the tweaks that get it all good to go.
You must be anxious, not driving the g for this long.

Very impressed with everything and the shops progress. Builds like these by most companies in the states take months of years! This is one of the fastest builds by far which makes it even more impressive!

Did you get your gauge display screen mounted? I'm interested in seeing how you installed it.

Here you go sir!

Update 24-01-2013:

She still doesn't sound 100% right. I discovered there was no IAT sensor hooked up which is probably why the ignition timing is all over the place. Will secure that and see how the engine responds. Until then.. enjoy

ignition timing is not related to IAT, onlything affected by IAT/MAP is the Speed density map VE tables (volumetric efficiency) something still seems wrong..

Let me know what the tuner says im curious.

But false/no IAT readings cause the ignition timing to retard/advance unnecessarily.
