My RB Project, going all in!
Your starvation thread was actually the reason I started looking into this, but I don't plan to track my car yet (not weekly at least) so we'll see how it goes. I'll be keeping my OEM pump in case I need a surge tank
Hahaha that's pretty awesome right there!
Let me know how it goes. If I keep my G in the coming year I will need to do something about that problem or my track work is going to be limited.

Great job Man! Can't wait to see the final result.
I used to have 1995 skyline 33 GTS RB25 (right hand) , the problem with those engines are every single part of it either you need to order from Japan or to be customized and special made . I really hated that. But when it's ready and you start the car you will love it to death. All the best.

Or the Sharjah Scrapyard haha. Sourcing parts for my build has been far from difficult, just needed to be patient while they flew across the planet. Thanks guys! Wait till you see what I have planned for the gauges & sensors
They arrived today but I haven't had the time to play with them yet.
Sam im not on this site to much but i just read the entire thread.I have to say mad props to you on this build as it will be a one off for a long time i think. The updates you give is also great and not seen to much on these types of builds as it seems they take forever on other forums...so congrats and i hope it all turns out great for you.
Update 20-12-2012:
Awww dayum look what showed up!

Engine bay blasted and cleaned with every detergent on the planet! Haven't seen it this clean in 5 years haha

Engine and transmission mounts, welded and painted ready to go back in

Poor crankcase was cut and welded 270 times before they got it perfect. Will be prepped and painted to look OEM again.

Oil temperature sensor thread

Transmission spacer surfaced and painted to match the engine block. Stealth mode baby!

Eibach fronts without the engine & transmission for those wondering

I think it took around 5 donor skylines to source my build
Oh wow! Now we're talking! When will you be starting your build?
True that, even the rb combo wasn't as heavy
