I'm suspicious of lean as culprit. By the time it was that lean it wouldn't run smooth at all.

At any rate you will find out. Keep on it!

Aha!

So glad for you. You are finding and solving a myriad of bugs, but no one can take that smile off your face when it all works out.

Staying posted.

I have been eyeing that HD3 for a while, it seems like GoPro listened to all the complaints of people not being able to see where they're shooting and made it happen. Will definitely get my hands on one soon.

Video is being uploaded as I type, I am loving the way the way she sounds with the FI exhaust! Can't wait to boost it!

Make sure to do your research bro. I've heard the new ones have an over heating problem.

Once you get it tuned Sam; I would have to open that exhaust up! Sounds too restricted IMO.

+1. I've heard the H3's have been plagued with all sorts of issues. Reviews on amazon and the likes have been horrible. I got an H2 for christmas and was going to exchange it for a 3 but decided against it. Just bought an LCD backpack and it works amazingly. Plus there's no need to shoot 4K resolution when no one has the ability or monitors to view that high of res.

Oh thanks for the heads up guys. I haven't started my research yet to be honest. It was just everyone's reaction when they heard about the sad passing of my GoPro. Will look into it for sure.

How are you able to tell that without a dyno sheet?

I'm just saying it sounds restrictive. I would want 3" all the way back if it were me The dyno may show gains with your setup over a full 3" but I'd have to have the bigger exhaust just for the sound of it

Temporary 3k limit might have something to do with that

FYI a soft break-in is extremely harmful to the engine... see link below for more info but point is for the first 20 miles the engine needs to be beaten on IE: run the high boost you plan on running and do a series of pulls and letting off throttle to let engine slow itself down (vaccuum created by this will expand the rings to help seal correctly)

Break In Secrets--How To Break In New Motorcycle and Car Engines For More Power

I've followed this procedure for the last 3 race engines i built and 2 that i built for a buddies evo and 1 for a supra so same concepts will hold for an RB.
