If you have a coupe they should fit ok w/ the 15mm spacer, a sedan will be poking outside the fenders about a 1/2".

I added a 20mm spacer up front but I guess 15 woul've been fine with the amount of space I have between the spoke and the callipers

Doesn't look too bad, now you've got to space the rears out to match though

2012 G37xS
Work Emotion XC8
19x8 ET35 Front (15mm Spacer)
19x9 ET35 Rear
245/40/19 DWS06

Wheels were off of a IS250 RWD, hence staggered. 20mm spacer would have been perfect for front. Rear could use 5-10mm spacer.

Offset??

I need help on the offset for some wheels. Im looking to do a 20x10 squared on some concaved wheels (Rohanna Rc7). What is the lowest offset I can do to sit flush with the fenders. I am planning on being lowered on d2 coilovers. And what tire specs would yall recommend?

Excuse my ignorance, but why did you use a spacer for the front?

You only have two offset options on those RC7s a +25 and a +45. The +25s are too aggressive for a sedan, a +45 will be fine in back but not 100% sure on the inner clearance in front as the steering arm will be pretty close so you may need some spacing there.

I've run a 295/30/20 in back on my lowered sedan w/ 10 +45 and they just cleared the inside of the fender by a couple mm. If you do decide to run those RC7s you may have to go down to a 255/35/20 tire all around as you'll also have less fender clearance in front since the edge isn't flat-rolled like the rear.

Hi guys, I'm pretty new here so go easy on me haha

I have a G37x Coupe (non sport sadly, I will likely be getting a BBK tho). I'm on Tein lowering springs currently but am wanting to switch to coils at some point.

Anyways, I am wanting to go wider than the 245/40/19s that I currently am rocking on a square setup.

Ideally I'd like 265-275 with Michelin Pilot 4S tires. I also like rims that are concave. I currently have Vertini Magic 19x8.5 +38 and they aren't exactly what I'm after now that I see them in person.

Beyond design, what makes a rim have more or less depth from the outer rim edge to the hub curface.

Sorry for the long message. I'm just not sure how to research and find out what I can get away with.

Thank you for any help you provide.

Hossdelux, lighter & stronger forged or flow formed wheels don't require as thick a spoke as lower priced cell cast wheels. Those wheels, depending on design, allow for more brake clearance and concavity.

If you plan to get a BBk then definitely confirm BBK clearance prior to ordering new wheels. My Wedssport SA10R wheels in a 18x9.5 +38 (running 245 front 285 rear) have good concavity & BBK clearance as do most of the Wedssport line. The Work Emotion line, SSR GTV line, Ray Gram Lights, and Forgestar wheels typically have nice concave designs and good BBK clearance, and most of them can be had for under $500/wheel.

For a lowered coupe wanting to run 275s a 9.5 +25 to +35 would be a good setup.
Here's a Work Kiwami in a 19x9.5 +25 that would be a nice set on 275/35 tires

Awesome thank you so so much. So does a larger offset = a larger distance from the outer lip of the rim to the hub face.

Or is it vice versa?

Offset is the distance in mm from the centerline of the wheel so a +45 is 45mm out from the centerline which will make the wheel more sunken in than a +20mm which is only 20mm out from the center. Super aggressive wheels can even have a negative offset.
