Those were the tires from my old set up. so when it's time for new ones then i will square those up too.

The only thing I notice going from 18" to 19" is that I hear the expansion joints in the street a lot more as I drive over them. Other than that I really like my setup.
Those look nice, any more pics possibly from an angle would love to see how if any concave the wheels look.

Looks good though. Any rubbing?

I think I know the answer, but I'm asking anyway: 19x10 @30 offset would look good on couple, but what if the front tires are 245/35 and the rears 265/35, it has stopped to be squared, right? Someone check my math, but I think it is higher than 3% difference.

A true square set is ALL wheels & tires exactly the same.

That combo you listed is off by about 2%, there are several combos w/ 19s that are as low as 0.5%

It's what I figured. Very nice Rays for sale, local and cheap. Maybe I'll get them and just buy 2 tires for the square.

It looks like the design of the wheel went for every bit of concavity such that the center cap won't clip in due to the hub bolt protruding.

Hi everyone, I am debating on picking up a set of RAYS Gram Lights 57C6 18x9.5 +25, but I was wondering if I'd have fitment issues or rubbing on my 2012 G37X Sedan. I'll have Swift Springs installed hopefully in the next week once the weather gets nicer, but otherwise stock height at the moment. Looking at some posts on here, would 275/40/18 be good for the tire sizes? Thanks in advance!

18x 9.5 +25 is pretty aggressive, Chinky Choy has run 19x9.5 +25 on 245 width tires and only had a credit card space at the fender, see his pics at the start of this thread. An offset at +35 would be an easier fit and allow you to run a bit more tire.

Thanks for the quick reply blnewt! Might have to reconsider this purchase then. Glad I posted here before I picked it up and had issues! Was a steal at $1200..

its still doable, but you might have to go with slightly stretched tires and some decent camber. I'm talking tires 245 wide (which is still safe for a 9.5, not TOO stretched) and camber in the -2 to -3 range.

So to just make things easier. I should deal with the less concaved wheel with the 20x9 35mm offset and run a 245/35/20 tire to keep (out of stock range) camber and wheel rub out of the picture?

So my original plan of 20x10 +40 was foiled by my upgrading my x Sedan to akebonos, they won't clear the calipers. So now I'm looking at 20x9 +25 square, and I'm wondering if I can fit 255/35/20 all around and not have issues up front. I'm mildly dropped on eibach pro kits

That would be a safe plan, depends what plans you may have down the road.
Do you have a Sedan or Coupe, RWD or AWD? If you don't plan to lower your G the 19s will look better. Depending on the wheels you select some 9.5s have decent concavity and you can still run a more conservative offset.
If you have a few different wheels you like post them up and we can take it from there.
