Do the stoptech lines from rock auto come for the front and rear?

Yes, the part #s should be on that first post on page one.

What look are you after (Flush or conservative), coupe or sedan, lowered or stock height?

I'm rolling on eibach springs I want the stock look. But I wouldn't mind after market wheels as long as they are light. I was wondering if kosei k1t in 17x9 +45 will work

So, I'm getting ready to get some Akebonos as an I love me gift. I was wondering if the shorter banjo bolts can be picked up at any Napa, AdvanceAuto, etc, or do I specifically need the Technafit bolts? Thanks.

You would think they'd be easy to source, unfortunately the Technafits are about the only game in town

Anyone have any experience with these?

https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...sn=414&jsn=414

or

I hate rusty rotor caps so I'd like to get the right ones the first time.

The second one (Centric Premiums) are used often around here and get solid reviews.

That rust prevention coating (e-coating) does a decent job, but rust will still come through after a couple years. You could add an additional few coats of something like VHT Flameproof paint, just tape off most of the pad contact area leaving about a 1/8 to 1/4" of the pad area exposed so the pads will cut a clean line into the paint when you get them installed. this should greatly extend your rust proofing.

Yes, those are the ones that I think I'll go with. I was actually thinking about getting some caliper paint to add some additional coating, but that flameproof paint sounds even better. My wife's Sorento has OEM rotors though and those things have been rust free for 5 years without any extra tinkering. No rust on the caps anyway...

Anyone have a nice diy for swapping to akebono brakes from standard oem? I have some I am rebuilding the seals on now and wondering what the best method is to install these.

I got new SS brake lines
New rotors for front rear
New pads

Never done brakes before besides replacing pads.

Get a power bleeder. You'll save yourself headaches and can bleed by yourself.

Yes, Harbor Freight has some great ones. I'm sure there are better available but for the money you can't go wrong.
