New Akebono BBK on the cheap!
Where have people been ordering these from recently? I have a 2010 G37xS Sedan. This a commuter car that will get 30-40k miles a year, I have a Jeep to waste money on so I am trying not to blow too much money on this one. Do they fit the stock wheels or do they require aftermarket? Trying to decide between this route and drilled/slotted for the stock calipers. Thank you
Cool, so if theyre 17s they do if they're 18s they dont. I am 90% sure I have 18s on this one. So it seems for new that discount infiniti site is best, but I dont need new, are there any good places that sell refurbished ones?
XS sedans come stock w/ 18x7.5" wheels all around. As far as refurbished calipers, they can be found but the finish will vary a lot from caliper to caliper. Keep an eye on our classified section, caliper sets in good condition come on site quite often.
Mine came in
i ordered them and used that code about a month ago
I just searched Google for the coupon code that I used
I was shopping around for the bbk and this seemed like the best bang for the buck
I've read some have had some leaking fluid from refurbished calipers but it didn't seem common and that's the trade off for the lower price I guess

Not much to it really, just replace the pistons and seals, and clean up the piston bores. Might go over to rockauto and price the parts and see what budget you're dealing with. Also you already know the condition of your calipers as far as the finish, used calipers can vary quite a bit regarding condition.
Thinking if black slotted rotors will look cooool. Any suggestions? (When I go to autozone, advance auto parts etc, I search for g37s rotors they show rotors which are not 355 front & 350 rear, which is annoying)
They look good but if you get pads that require an aggressive bed-in might get the rotors so hot that it smokes the paint (pretty much making it back to silver). Check rockauto.com for good choices in rotors.
