Pete, I removed right rear spring completely last weekend, nothing loose as always. The spring was firmly seated in its rubber isolation boot and the entire assy had to be tugged on to break the friction of the rubber loose to remove. The adjuster was seated in the 3 metal tabs that center it, but I will say I am suspicious of this area.... the sheet metal here is different from the drivers/left in that the area surrounding the adjuster is smaller, tighter on the passenger/right.

Reinstalled, set preload.... same EXACT noise. No change whatsoever. Same rattling , creaking from top right rear.

Do you have any more ideas? Why did you ask where I was located?

QUESTION: Am I the only one that has noise from right rear? Everyone fixed? Gave up? Not online? Wondering....

Sorry fellas, I'm wrapped up with alot of work and haven't had time to come in and follow up with everyones progress. I did ask your location as we do some traveling for events maybe you'd be close to something we would be at or if I knew someone I can trust looking it over for us. Unfortunately I don't see anything on my calendar in your state. I believe we scheduled a g37 in to take a closer look at if there is any differences from left to right rears.

Those with issues can you post your location, maybe we can coordinate with someone here that has the problem and take a look at his/her vehicle.

Well..... im interested in how it turned out. This is driving me insane. With all ive checked, its gotta be in the upper adjuster to car or spring to adjuster contact points.... at least mine.
Oh! Dont forget to make sure tge spare tire and the Jack are tight! Mine were.

But.... ill bet your coils do NOT make any noise.

oh boy... stock settings are set to the hardest settings i believe which is 0 for both front and rears which might explain your harsh ride

they are 30 way adjustable and you can get to the fronts in the engine bay but the rears depend on if you have the version where the dampening may be located at the top of the strut in which case you have to kinda take em off if the extenders wernt installed
