Tweeter speaker stained

I assume this is a tweeter speaker. As you can see something stained the plastic. Wax or whatever. It doesn't seem to come off with anything. Anyone know what this piece is actually called and how easy is it to replace.

Its called an inner tweeter cover and its a friction fit on the door sail assembly. It appears that your car is a sedan and mine is a coup but for WIW, my cover just pulled straight off.

Heres a link to another forum that shows what you have in store to replace it. If it were me, Id upgrade both tweeters while I was in there

Do you have to pull off the entire door panel to pull the tweeter sail panel off?
