Hey man, welcome to the site. You've got to search through this forum though, all of the answers you need are here. What are your goals? Are you just trying to add a sub & amp, or are you looking to go all out and replace everything, bose speakers and amp? To get you started, check out gsteigerwald's thread. You have to splice your RCA wires into the "B41" harness in the trunk, which plugs into the bose amp:

I started off with just a sub & amp, but then I wanted more out of the system. I ended up pulling all of the speakers and adding an MS8 processor, feeding three other amps which power my sub, doors, mid/tweets and center. It was a lot of work, but worth it. System sounds great now, and the addition of the processor allows you to adjust the audio settings to your liking.
