I Have a 09 g37s coupe is there an update disc for the navigation or has it changed since then on the newer models

 

There is no disk on a MY2009, its a software flash via a CONSULT tool.

 

So there is an update the dealer can do ?

 

Just buy a Garmin. Better maps, cheaper and free lifetime updates.

 

Yes, there is a navteq website link somewhere here on the site - ill try to find it and link it to this post - where you go to purchase an update key. You then take it to your dealer and they will flash it to your nav system... for another fee. I had it done on my 09 recently and there are some improvements and updates over the original maps I had on mine. Nothing groundbreaking though so as the poster above mentioned, it may be more cost effective to go with a standalone gps, ore even your smartphone if you have one.
