How to check 2012 g37 x firmware version?
I'm having an issue with bluetooth stutter with my Note 5. I emailed Infiniti yesterday and they were able to replicate the issue in their labs. They said I most likely just needed a firmware upgrade that fixed the old bluetooth software.
I asked the rep how to check my firmware version to compare it to whatever the most current is - he said they're not allowed to give me admin access for obvious you'd-probably-screw-it-up reasons. I understand that.
However, the dealer in town (not where I bought it, and the car is not under warranty anymore) is super shifty and wants to charge me $150 just to run the firmware update tests.
It would be great if I could figure out what version I had and what version I needed.
I had the car checked for any outstanding TSBs recently and they didn't find anything that needed to be updated. Another reason I'd like to know how to get the version number.
Does anyone know how to get the current version number and most recent version before I plunk down $150 to a sketchy service place?
Thanks!

I would definitely be interested in knowing the answer to this as well. I just purchased a 2012 G37 Coupe Sport and have been experiencing some Bluetooth stutter with my iPhone. My issue is that although I did pick up a warranty, it's through a non-Infiniti dealership and they're being a real pain in the butt about this particular issue. They've been great with everything else, but want to charge $200 to send it to the Infinite dealership to take a look.
