Yes -- this was a big inconvenience but still everything was taken care of and I am still a happy Infiniti customer!
I bought my G37 from Sheehy Infiniti, but I am now getting my service from Nationwide. David is amazing and extremely nice. I had them install my Borla exhaust that way if there's any warranty issues, I won't have any problems. Top-notch service and have nothing but great things to say. I'm glad they were able to get you situated.

New wheels.

The first time I had my tires changed every rim was damaged.
Luckily I saw the damage when pulling into the drive at home and went straight back to the dealer. I asked for letter stating they had caused the damage and that they would replace the rims. That was 2 months ago and I am still getting the run around from them. They plan on changing my rims from an 09. I have had no problems when getting new tires for my wife's TL so I am very dissapointed with the service thus far from infiniti.
Good luck in getting your wheels changed.
Also I never let the dealer wash the car. Much safer if you do it yourself.

I never let dealer wash my car, with the exception of taking delivery of my car. As it is I have a hard time letting them take it for service, I always try to keep an eye of where my car is at all times. I've actually been told once, "sir you can't be back here." Call me paranoid but I just want to make sure they're not damaging it. First time I went in for an oil change I noticed scratches on my car which I'm 99% sure were not there; unfortunately I didn't notice till I got home. Dealers suck!!
