It's a fine idea, however Democracy can be messy. The only way everyone can judge is if all they do is pick their favorite, without itemizing details. If they were to take a more studied approach to it, like an itemized tally sheet, then we'd all be walking from car to car filling out little sheets. Everyone.
Awkward.
Awkward.
So I'm thinking two Coupe judges working together, and two Sedan judges, where the two fill out a single tally per car with numbers they agree on. That way estimations are easier because they're collaborative, and you don't have one nerdy creeper going from car to car feeling all self-conscious.
have one sheet with only a handful of categories.. have each person vote for each category on who they feel is deserving of that category.. tally it up on who gets the most votes per category.. .simple
everyone gets a say and is not biased by just one or two individuals and their personal preference...
btw.. you can take my coupe off this list... its a daily drive for me... very little bells and whistles to be placed in this contest

With the other approach, each car is assessed objectively on its own merit.
How about you and Kenny judge the sedans, while Sean and I judge the Coupes?
Or maybe Sean and I just go through all the cars, while taking ours off the list. Sean?
I'll leave the decision up to you and Sean bc honestly when it comes to the sedans both of yours are absolutley gorgeous! I'd hate to have to choose just one. Or maybe you can both share the Cheetos lol

In order to do that, everyone will have to assess every car, and then pick one for each category. And unless there are signs flashing over each car identifying who owns it... no man, that's kind of vague, and not simple at all.

But, and this is a total cop-out, I would like to respectfully decline either being in a contest or judging one. Just my personal preference.

This is NOT to dissuade anyone from the activity. Indeed it's a fixture at many meets and done in a fun and rewarding way. Further, I'm happy to help organize anything you want.
