J-Roch,
I require no reimbursement for my efforts. I'm happy to do it.
It's not a ridiculous sum so let's not concern ourselves with that.
But I do think a bucket for the 'whatever' is a good idea. If you or someone else would like to organize that, please do so. If not, I'll fold it into my duties. Not a problem. Just let me know so it doesn't get missed.
I anticipate getting together a who's-bringing-what list of comestibles so we don't grow faint oohing and ahhing at one another's Gs. So food and drink, etc need not be in that bucket.
Finally, I plan on putting a raffle together of donated items, the proceeds of which can benefit a charity or the myG37 forum. These items should be new(ish) and desirable. We'll do a separate parts swap-and-sell for your OEM cats and intake LOL. Feedback concerning this is welcome.
My pace on these action items will be picking up as we near 12 weeks out.
ALSO G PEOPLE, START THINKING ABOUT YOUR ACCOMODATIONS!!!

Cmon Mike it's not like it's the MCAT or LSAT exam we're talking about
lol I think that list is perfect and makes it 10 sections out of 10 points to total 100. Very smart move on Rochester's part.

We'll set up a place for everyone to meet and a time when the date gets closer hopefully.

Thanks. I'll start putting together a volunteer list of things in a couple of weeks. That way peoples' plans will a bit more concrete for the summer as school draws to a close, etc.

Last year we had a sedan-only meet up, with about 10 cars.
This years it's sedans, verts and coupes... with almost a whole year of planning and more forum exposure. There are 30 cars planning on attendance. Figure 20% attrition... still a couple dozen. Should be a good showing either way.

Early in the thread is a count with names. On good advice, I'm figuring about 20% attrition.
I would've sworn there was another person coming from TN, but I don't see them....hmmmmm..
Oh, and BTW, you just made the list LOL.

Having a score out of 100 just felt right.
