Verts at the meet up. This could be interesting, and right now it sure seems larger than the last two years combined.

Interesting indeed!!

We'll see the actual turn out in four-plus months. How did the other meets start out? Lots of people initially, then a big drop-off at the actual event as people's lives interfered?

And speaking of 'Verts, no word from Connor yet.

No, actually. Since the meet-ups were in State Parks far away from anything and everything, people pretty much hung around all afternoon.

Having plenty of food makes a difference.

Sorry John -

I wasn't clear. I meant everyone was 'in' when the event was announced, but as it drew closer, attrition in the form of attendees' lives reduced the final turnout.

(And I register the subtle food point )

In big round numers, about 20% - 30% attrition. Most people who drop out do so within days of the event. You can see why it's work, keeping people engaged and informed and hopefully enthusiastic, which in turn promotes a committment.

I'm mildly desperate to meet other G owners and was going to put in a vacation request at work until I realized it's my daughters 5th birthday and it would take 3-4 days to get there and 3 more to get back.....

Come to Seattle please. i'll buy a quart of oil for whoever drives the farthest to get here........just not synthetic. O.o

There are G owners everywhere. The West Coast is a particularly G rich environment.

Orrrrrrrr.... Plan a meet yourself... I've never been to Washington.

Great idea. just spent $4k on goodies so when I have something worth displaying I may just do that! Plus it should stop raining for more than 2 hours in the next couple months . . . .

I was thinking the same thing but in the sedan. Seriously though, I live on the peninsula and there is an awesome drive around the water that ends at a legit racetrack that's pretty well known.

Hey how's it going everyone. New to the forum. New to modding. Used to own a 2009 M35x, just picked up a 2013 G37x this month. Completely stock right now but definitely want to get vehicle mod ideas from other G owners. With that being said,

Never been to a car meet before! What should I bring? What should I expect, besides seeing some nice rides?

For the most part, these are car geeks, but not gear-heads. Best to enter into this with lowered expectations.

That said, you've got the right idea... a meet-up like this is a golden opportunity to see typical (and some not so typical) modifications available for the G37.

I recommend you show up stoned. That what all the cool kids do.
