With spring coming I'm looking to get a new setup for my 2010 x coupe...but I can't make any sense of the wheel calculator. I saw somewhere in my searches that a square setup with 19x9.5 +35 rims and 265/35/19 tires would work with the awd system. Can anyone confirm this or suggest a safe setup that won't cause any issue. I'm not dropped but may want to in the future and have standard brakes.

Also, anyone know the rim specs on the 18" journey coupe rims? That might help me when using the calculator because I was finding different answers when searching..

Cheers

You'll want to see fellow staffer Lt8ches coupe, he's running 9.5 +30 on 265s so your +35 will have about 5mm more room at the fender, should be a great fit And you will want to drop your G a bit, he's dropped on Eibachs His are 18s but will still be the same fit at the fender since the tires are the same height, and his is AWD too.

OEM 18s are 18x8 +43

Thanks! Fitment is perfect. I do have a little more wiggle room if I wanted to add a 5mm spacer or so, but I don't want to push the envelope. I enjoy not rubbing

This is probably a dumb question but oh well.

Is it possible to run a square setup on a 6mt sedan w/o spacers that sits pretty flush?

You sure can, just check almost all of Chinky Choys sets on the first page. He runs up to a 9.5 +25 on 245s.

Something like a 9.5 +35 all around on 245 to 255 tires will fill the wheel well nicely, with your big Akebono calipers you just need to find wheels that will clear them.

This looks great! I've been a fan of those V702s a while now, those and the V706s. Good choice again man, looks sweet.

How much of a drop are you running, and are you able to keep camber within spec without additional parts/camber kits? I appreciate any info you can give me, really like your set up
