Exclamation transmission jerking when downshifting in AT

Got my G37 Cpe with sport wheels package AT a month ago. The transmission was jerking when downshifting. Took it back, the dealer said it has a recall and they reprogrammed it and its fixed now. Its still doing it after a month. Is this a normal thing or transmission problem. All the cars I have owned, this was never the issue. I have had Hondas and Toyotas and Lexus.

Yes, there are other threads on this issue. I had the dealer reprogram my ECU under warranty last month and it fixed the problem.

My car does it too. I went to the dealer and they told me I already had the TSB performed when I took delivery.

It's still pretty bad, I'm going to try another dealership...

That’s a good idea. I was told that the problem stems from a “learned” ECU response to the drivers’ shifting habits that comes into play after a period of time. If true, there is no way it could there upon initial delivery.
