What's this white plastic cover blocking this fuse

I have a 2012 G37x and I'm trying to replace fuse # 6 (red 10A) in the passenger compartment fuse box, link to fuse box diagram for reference:

https://www.startmycar.com/ca/infini...o/fusebox/2012

but there's this white plastic cover blocking the fuse as shown below:

What is this cover (if it even is that) for and is safe to remove so I can access the fuse under it?

I would have guessed either a support or fuse puller, but the fuse is immediate below it so no worries.

Try not to break anything!

Thanks everyone, yes it is indeed the "Extended Storage Switch" and it is mentioned how to remove it in the owner's manual but I found the instructions to be lacking. To remove it so you can access the fuse under it you need to first gently pull it out to "extended storage mode" (you'll feel like a click). You then have the space and leverage to find and press the 2 tabs on each side near the bottom of the switch to release it. I found it easier to press each tab at a time to get it to release. Once you pressed and released the tabs on each side and the switch comes right out with the fuse in it.
