Fuse Puller won't come off

Hello Hopefully someone can assist. with my 2011 G37. Had to change battery and and prior noticed the power mirrors went out. Now Im finding Dome light out, Steering adjustment, Driver power seat (pass works fine). When going through many of the fuses, I noticed a white part I thought may be a fuse puller but does not come off. I am able to pull it and it acts like its pulling a fuse and can stick it back but never comes out loose in my hand. Like to see if there's a fuse behind it? Also find out what happened to above accessories?

I haven't looked at the FSM but the position and shape make me thinks that's a clip that holds the fuse panel in place.

Thanks for the response. Interesting I squeezed lightly with pliers from left and right got it out, checked the 10a fuse and is good. I replaced the dome light fuse and my Driver seat and steering wheel now work! Just need to find out the fuse that's stopping power to my mirrors. I checked the mirror fuse and it looked good. Will check it again as it is easy to call a bad fuse good.

In this case, no harm no foul. But if you have to yank on something with a pair of pliers, make sure you know what you are pulling.

I am glad that you have everything sorted, though...

ILM nailed it. That ESS switch is to stop battery drain while the car is in transit to the dealer, or for long term storage. Not all cars will still have the plastic piece there because the dealer can remove it before the customer takes delivery. If you pull it out to it's stopping point it disables several systems.
