At 150K here, steering rack is leaking internally into boots, replacing the rack and associated hardware.
Going to do the serpentine belt and all pulleys as they are starting to squeak a bit when cold. I went all aftermarket on the pulleys and will see how it goes.
Aside from normal maintenance on G37S these have been replaced.
85K MAF sensors after several codes that brought troubleshooting down to a rabbit hole. Do not buy MAF sensor aftermarket, they lasted 6 months. I know it sucks paying high dollar for these buy I learned my lesson. Get originals. I have an extensive posting on these issue. The ones I replaced around 90K are still going strong. Of course do throttle cleaning and MAF cleaning every so often (8 months?).
95K heatercore coolant line connector near firewall. Buy aftermarket metal one if possible or get ready for another replacement around 180K.
135K starter went recently. I opted for Autozone with lifetime warranty for $400. Challenging to replace. Follow this guide
I am late to the party but was hoping people would add more updates. 2013 G37X, 104,000 miles. Outside of normal wear and tear items the Powersteering Rack needed to be replaced at like 90,000 miles thats all. I just replaced plugs and coils as part of a preventative mx job and was thinking about what I might do down the road.
I have not visited here in quite some time, but I can give my update. 2011 G25 Journey RWD. Not exactly a G37, but mostly the same car Currently at 170,000 miles and running and driving like new. The only maintenance I have done other than scheduled preventative stuff or what I would consider normal wear items (tire, brakes, filters, plugs, etc) is that I had to replace both front wheel bearing and hub assemblies. The first at about 120k and the second at 140k. Thats it. This continues to be the best and most reliable car I have ever owned. I think NIssan/Infiniti products are underrated by many people. Im not sure why. Oh well, I love mine.
2009 G37X, 156,300 miles, have had the car for 13 years and it has been the most reliable I have ever had. Replaced both front wheel bearings (124,000 miles), all four struts, plugs and routine maintenance. Just a small rust spot starting to appear in both rear quarters just above the bumper. Other then that car looks new.

Check to make sure your rear drains are clear - on my G35 I continually got rust on the driver rear wheel arch and it turned out it was due to a clogged drain
