I just hit 173K
had mine for about 5 years, got it at 75k miles.
Oil gaskets on back cover done at around 90K (with new water pump and chain tensioners)
clutch slave cylinder at about 80k
clutch at 105k
starter at 150K
other than that, the regular maintenance like brakes, oil and other fluids etc
Got rear ended, bumper shifted a bit, frame bent slightly underneath. will be totaled soon. Love this car, I would get it again but I want something just a bit bigger, staying in the infiniti family, recently bought a 2012 M37 with 84K at an auction, currently fixing it. Hoping to get to 200K with the M and judging by my G, it'll definitely happen. I am huge fan of nissan, especially the VQ37VHR.
I do believe that you will enjoy the M .As much as I enjoy the "sporty performance" of my G coupe, I also equally enjoy the " smooth comfort" of the M.
It is great to read this thread to help convince myself to keep my sedan even longer. I just turned 48k on my 2013 6 spd. and the car has been solid and is extremely fun to drive after all of the mods I have done over the years. Hats off to all of you with high mileage and here is to many more years and miles of driving one of the last great stick shift sedans with pure handling and a truly rewarding analog driving experience.
Passed 170k km(105k miles) the other day and noticed the leather on my door arm rest (where my arm rests most of the time) is cracked.
Other than that I've done very little in maintenance in 100k plus of ownership. Did new pads and rotors last year along with BC coils. Oil changes ever 10-12k and air filters as required. I have noticed the G goes through tires quicker than any car I've ever had before but I've also had it longer than any of my previous cars. The good news is that the tires seem to wear pretty evenly front to back which makes sense for a rear-biased AWD system.

48K? You got plenty of miles to go. You got a 2013 which means you probably don't have to worry about the infamous gallery gasket. I would keep the car as long as I can.

I have yet to find anything worthy of replacing it with yet, but there are a few cars debuting in the next couple of years that have my interest.
2013 7at Sedan here @ 141k now. Very few issues. I specifically bought a 2013 for reliability reasons, and it has not dissapointed.
Issues: driver's side cat replaced at 80k; left windshield wiper arm replaced. Light on clock has started flickering intermittently (fixes?). A slight groan from rear axle/diff on light acceleration when cold (I have read about the fix, not worth it I think) That's it. I'll keep it to 150k I think, and sell for 4-5k?
Oil and filter are done by me every 7500k to 8500k with full synth and bosch filter. All fluids replaced at 100k except for diff. Needs serpintine belt replaced.
The car does need brakes and sometimes rotors every 18-24 months, and tires every 18 months or so. Had a full alignment doen last time at the tire shop, so hopefully they'll last a bit longer now. My driving eats up the rears for sure. WOT every day. Car as been rock solid reliable, almost more so than my 2000 CRV manual AWD, which went 10 years ( but much lower miles) without a hitch.
I'll have to say, while a little rough around the edges, it's still a fine driving hoot of a car. Test drove a BMW X3 and X1 yesterday, and was really not that impressed. Started to buy a 2019 BMW 440i Gran Coupe, but nothign in the car seemed like that much of an improvement except NVH, so I stopped the purchase. Not sure wha to replace it with. All the cars I want are total meatloafs, so I might as well keep the G.
Anyway, the infiniti dealership has said nothing about control arms or leaky bushings (that is a great band name) or bad boots. I pester them every time I take it in, and they keep telling me everything is fine.
i also replaced the clock with a junkyard clock for $40

What was wrong with the cat? I got a CEL a while back about cat efficiency below threshold, cleared it and hasn't come back since.
The inside fell apart, literally. Cat that bad off ruins the heat exchange, and will heat stress that exhaust bank to failure, and/or associated engine components.
