Random Limp mode - Help plz
Hello all, sorry if I didn't post this right, I am new to this forum and a new G owner.
I have recently purchased a 2013 G37x that was a 2 owner adult owned vehicle with 94K miles on it, very clean.
Being that I bought it from marketplace I immediately went to do as much preventative maintenance as possible since I'm coming up on 100k. I got the oil changed and filters, and had a shop do a maintenance inspection on it which they said I was good. I also went and changed the spark plugs, and cleaned the throttle bodies and maf sensors. I performed the idle air volume reset after and the car idled just fine once that was done. Two days pass and I was driving home from a grocery run and randomly right before I pull into my driveway I noticed the car wouldn't go past 40mph and around 3k ish rpms and began shuddering. The car did not throw a CEL. It did not die and below 40mph operated just fine, so I pulled into my driveway and shut the car off. I waited about 10-15 minutes and turned the car back on and took it for a drive to which it shifted just fine and had no issue and seemed to go away. Any thoughts? Should I do all the reset procedures again on the TBs?
