White and purple right ? I want white hids in particular cause I want to add halos later on, give it a more dramatic glow if I turn them on w the halos. The color scheme I’m goin for the car is complex lol

 

I live in MD so I guess the black & purple reminds me of the Ravens. I guess the white wouldn't look too bad.

 

my family is from Maryland, I’m the only odd sprout in Florida lol. It’s a ravens household though. I’m trying to go for this space odyssey theme so black and oddbal fluorescent lights should go with the idea of space lol

i did a full headlight mod and think i went with the 5K switchbacks, kinda wishing i went 6K but can do that once they fade out. Hope it works out for you, like the progress (go patriots btw)

 

How’s the car drive with the hids ? And I feel like 6k and 6k would be a good set up. They still look clean asf though, were the switchbacks hard to install ? I know getting under all that **** is a bit annoying the fogs were easy imo

Switchbacks not difficult to install. Literally a plug and play. I've had mine for about a year now.

 

car drives great with all lights, im a big fan. Confession, i also got the headlights painted all black so i didnt install them myself so i cant speak to that. I agree those the 6K and 6K would be a great set up

 

How much was it to have someone black out the headlight? I was thinking of doing a diy but i wouldn’t have the time with my g being my daily

 

Bake in the over at 275-325. Or, use a heat gun (take forever). gently pry them open.

Sand. Primer. Paint. Clear coat. Re-apply beutle tape. Press together. run single layer of clear silicone to ensure a water tight seal (optional). re-install.

Should take one day for a beginner taking his time and starting at about 8am

 

im going to swallow my pride and understand that many on this site will probably say i overpaid/was too lazy to do my own but i paid for convenience and professional work.

All in, so every light you see switched out and entire head light painted black (shroud projector everything) $800

 

Yeah that’s way to much, what did you do with the side markers they look like they have leds? I want someone to do it but if it’s really that much I might as well wait on that last lol
