I don't really know this one way or the other, but I suspect miles-driven is on a PROM chip in the ECU. In other words, the dash unit is just a display device... not storage.

Decades ago, the odometer was simply a mechanical tumbler, which was pretty easy to disassemble and put back together to read whatever you wanted it to. Seriously, any teenager could do it. Wait, let me think... yeah, I was 19. LOL

^wrong actually. The mileage is stored IN the cluster. It makes no sense but that's what they do.

Got my wheels balanced yesterday... all 4 badly off and one of my rears are bent But he was able to balance it out.
After that, i swapped in my new stoptech stuff & moogs endlinks. No more front end clunking and the car is smoooooth at 90mph

Wow. I would have totally bet money otherwise. You would think a non-erasable PROM chip located somewhere seriously difficult to access. Go figure.

Congrats on the smooth ride. Bet that's a good feeling.

So jealous of Peruviann's garage floor. Man I wish I had something like that, instead of the POS detached garage out back.

Hmm.. I've seen this moog endlinks swap posted a few times. I may need to bite the bullet.

Front lip looks great, Peruviann!

I see you found Outcast Garage's new location. I was just over there a week or so ago right after they moved in to pick up a seamless air tank for my AirLift set-up. Can't believe you posted a pick of the Merc, but completely ignored Chris' G37 coupe.

Wish we had something like this for our US Spec Gauge clusters. Would be nice if they offered just the CF center trim bezel so we could add it to our OEM original gauge cluster.

I had a picture of his g37 coupe but for some reason it didn't save onto my photo album when i went to look for it. I actually sat in the g37 to test out the airlift bags. The inside of his car is very clean. I miss living in orange county. All the good shops are out there.

Yeah, Chris' G37 is pretty sweet. I see him and 2C at several of the shows here in SoCal.

I'm in Corona (not too far from you I think), so all the shops in the OC are pretty convenient for me. But I still get a lot of my stuff done around here... like the above powder coated parts where done by Full Throttle here in Corona, which is just a 1/4 mile from my office.

Not far at all. I use to live in Eastvale. Now I'm in Moreno Valley. I would love to see your G once you get those bags on.
