Took them apart cleaned and re-did them, then re-assembled. Had the rotors done as well.

I made the same mistake.

Relatively easy fix even if you have already installed them. I just sanded off the rust and applied some caliper paint with a small brush.

Interesting... the Bilstein rep I spoke with advised me not to go with the PSS10 on my sedan as he could not guarantee the fit/function. Glad they worked for you, wish I had the gusto to go against his advice and wing it!

Interesting. Good to know. I'll have to keep that in mind and plan for that next time I am working on the sedan. Thanks for the heads up.

Is the link you have in this post the kit you have? The description on Amazon shows it's for FRS/BRZ and from searching through the forum and on DD website they don't offer a sedan kit. If you have the P/N I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

I take that back, I looked in the wrong area on their website. Not sure if they offer it on Amazon though.

The one on Amazon is the coupe. I learned that the hard way. But they (Diode Dynamics) hooked me up with the proper one.

It's such a great feeling to not have a car payment. And you have a pretty nice asset too. Congrats.

I think the mortgage will be paid off in four years, but don't hold me to that, because the wife is the household accountant, and I can't recall when we last refinanced.

All I know for sure is that my youngest daughter will be going into college right around the time I'll be looking for that used Jag. That's going to be awkward, LOL.

^that photo makes me very jealous.

I'm not allowed to do anything to my car within my complex. Had my hood open to try to fix my front grille, and got a nice letter the very next day...

Which is why I remain tremendously grateful for PG-v36_6MT's willingness to hook me up
