Lol, DriveClean, I didn't catch that you fitted 10.5 +15s until after seeing those lower pics. I thought, damn, I hope he's not happy w/ that look

I'd keep your 245/40 and run 285/35, this will have 0.5% larger rears and since your rears wear faster you'll get closer to zero over time. If you go 255/285 you're already 0.6% under in back so this will get worse as you go.

Looking to go with a 255/40/19 upfront and a 285/35/19 in the back for my next set of tires. I haven't seen too many people run this setup on an AWD sedan before and I was curious if anyone had any experience with it. I believe the 255/285 setup has the same rolling diameter as the 245/275, but I just wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any issues with the AWD system.
The 255/40 and 285/35 are within a .5" difference which should be fine for the AWD. Keep in mind that the stock tires on the GTR are 255/40-20 and 285/35-20.

I'm not AWD but i am running those same tire specs on my car. Wheels are 19x10.5 +43 all around with a 5mm spacer up front to clear the arms.

Haha, you'll have to wait and see! I hope it does; you've set the bar pretty high.

This is my favorite thread and I love when it gets bumped (although it's usually better when there are pics lol)

So I'm planning on Michelin PSS for my tires but it seems that 285/35/19 sizing is not available for my time frame. I than thought about getting 275/35 but after seeing all the fat tires that are being run, I thought I should look into 295/35. So these are available but I'm concerned with fitment. My car is a sedan with AirLift suspension so I have some adjustability but I don't want to camber any more than stock.

My wheel and tire specs will be:
Front: 19x9.5 +25 245/40
Rear: 19x10.5 +45 275/35 or 295/35??

Any thoughts if the 295/35 would work or am I better off playing it safe with the 275/35?

As long as the PSS don't run wider than these they will work on a 10.5 +45

No its not mine but I had to share it with you all. I don't think many people are aware of this cars besides the vqnyc group. I have been looking for some fender flares, mainly from the post 07 Mercedes clk dtm amg family and found this. I have little info on it but it appears based on the Liberty Walk coupe kit, and this particular car used to be a similar neon orangish red.

That's Drew's car. Not sure if he's still on the forum anymore (DJE44). You can find him on IG @drewjevans. It is a LB coupe kit that was modified for the sedan. Also the car used to be MW before the custom candy red paint job.

Glad to hear that is someone who is familiar with the site. I have been around since g35driver.com before the G37's came out. I have been to worried to get crazy about external modifications because I have modified 3 g35 sedans and they were all hit by someone else who was at fault. But I have an 09 G37xS 4dr which is modified for handling above all. The last time I was hit it was head on on a 2 way 55mph zone. (55mph in NJ means 69mph, 15 over is a 3 point speeding ticket plus more for wreckless driving) He happened to be suicidal and hit the wrong car. His civic was overloaded in the trunk and my g35x was as low as possible. I spent more on resprays and modified parts than I did on that particular car and been paranoid ever since. I finally got over it because I miss having a car that I love because I made it my own so I am just gathering parts before the first re-finishing since I bought it.

Both with great tire wear. Just get the toe right.
