Hmmm, interesting. I've never heard other sized resonators in person so I can't comment intelligibly.

It's not bad at all at cruising. Unless you're going up a hill, under some load, you won't hear it too much.

I ordered a grease gun off of Amazon and white silicone grease to pump into the zerk fitting on the Hotchkis sways. I'm not sure if the other manufacturers of sways have the zerks...I know stock doesn't.

That's the thing though, I WANT to hear it but even at WOT it leaves a lot to be desired.

I will have to find someone with a FI 12" resonator setup to hear it at some point. With the throttle uncorked (WOT) mine is very loud.

Ordered a set of four 15mm, one-piece wheel spacers today from B2 Auto, to soften the tuck on the duckfeet this winter.

Just walking around Hawaii and I see this. Is this how the cops roll in the island?

EDIT - Noticed there is a "make offer" button so I tried $52 and got them immediately. $66.69 shipped. 5 sets left. Good luck!
That is a great find !!! Normally these go for like around $300 if not more !

I would be all over them but since I got my all weather floor mats after last winter, I never really take them out so I don't really see the carpet floor mats, so I wouldn't see those either.

As to weekly updates on recent additions to my car , I just installed the H&R DRM spacers 20F 15R and I like the difference, the flush look, comparing to how tucked in it was.

and here a just camping in the corner

Fitment looks real good now, Mike.

Do you think you'll have those rims for the duration, or someday move on to something else and ditch the spacers?

Thank you and to answer your question, I don't know I rather not think about it now so I don't get tempted because I always find something to blow my money away on and it never ends, as we all already know that

But will see time will tell, I'd like something nicer but then making trips to Queens to see my brother with any nice aftermarket wheels would make me even more worrisome as I leave the car parked in the streets overnight sometimes..

Brake Fluid

Just a friendly reminder to give your brake fluid a change after 2 years

Just changed my 2012 with ATE TYP 200 for the first time and what a difference. The braking power and ease has been greatly increased. Pedal is much firmer. Not sure if it is the fluid difference or water accumulation and fluid degradation over the past few years. Maybe swap it out with some SS lines before the pending Winter

Have a great weekend all. This forum has been very helpful for everything. So glad it is around!

Anyone running Tein SS coilovers? Picked up a set but haven't seen many reviews on them.

My mechanic had a lot of good things to say about Tein when I had my exhaust installed (he is a authorized dealer for Tein). One of his key selling points was that if they were to break or get damaged they were very easy to repair or rebuild. I was really close to picking up a set but since I didn't really hear much about them on here or on the Facebook pages I decided to go with RSR when the time comes.
