No problem. I just put that little box up Saturday as a matter of fact. It was cluttering up my workbench. It is not called a key hole delete by Nissan though. I forget their terminology but when I ran that by the parts guys at my dealership they looked a bit confused.
I'll post up my findings LATE tonight. I won't be home till 'round 2330 or so.

I wouldn't bother calling Infiniti dealerships about that part. I'll look at the part # on the box when I get home tonight for ya. My dealerships parts dept. said, "We don't sell aftermarket parts".
I contacted a company from the net and they ordered it from Nissan for me. I think the "delete" cost me about $20. You just need to supply them with the paint code.
I'll see what I can find out for you, Rochester.

Am I missing something here? What do all of you see in that piece of plastic that makes it necessary to replace it? I mean what are you gonna do when You are stuck in the middle of nowhere and your car's parked and the remote's battery decides to die on you and you have no way to unlock the car using the valet key, what then?

On a more serious note, I Guess they just like that clean flush look.
I'm on the fence but I like the idea of covering it for a cleaner look. If I need to get in for whatever reason I'll pop it off and use the key. Might be more difficult that I'm thinking but we'll see.
haha even the 4DSC adds a couple of horses.
I ordered the Stillen tow hook license plate holder from ebay for $84 shipped. I thought i wouldn't get stopped by the cops even though my plate was on my dash. I figured i will just order it instead of worrying when a cop rolls by. He let me go with a warning since i told him i just had my bumper replaced. Will calculate how much HP that adds as well, it is Stillen by the way! :P

I used it several times since I got the car in May to roll up all windows without having to get in the car (while outside the car) and turning the ignition on... which I wish came as a factory remote feature to roll them up just like we can roll them down with a remote... yes I know KP technologies has a module for that which sooner or later I will get for sure along with couple others
Okay. The part number for the "delete" is as follows;
#82646-JU43A
Description; ESCUT-OUTSID.RH
This is for color code KAD Graphite Shadow on a 2010 G37 sedan, genuine Nissan part.
Hope this helps ya'll out.

Side note - took two or three years of dead paint and crap off the car today. I would like to see it a little deeper but she looks pretty darn good. Thinking I'm going to send her out for a facial and have them wet sand her as well.
I'm working on finding a new local paint shop with some better pricing. I was quoted $200 to paint the roof spoiler.... Didn't even have a conversation about the grille at that price, never mind any blending.
I have two of them in that translucent silver that I ordered from Ed extra a couple of years ago. They're my back-ups, for whenever (if ever) the ones on the car get torn off for whatever reason.
That's the "frost" correct? I think that's the one I would have preferred but c'est la vie. We'll see what Ed says when I hear back from him. I'm probably going to buy one or two of each since I can't really decide what color to go with. I'm leaning towards silver but I have another sticker in white I'm contemplating slapping on the car.
