Ouch.. I actually wash my car before taking it to the dealership if its routine maintenance or a checkup needed. Reason being is, I tell the advisor to inspect the car front and back for scratches or dings, and write them down on his ticket. This way when I pick it up, if I see anything abnormal I would tell him. But so far so good though.

For interior cleaning, the best products that I have used and would recommend is Zaino

Not to derail this thread, but Zaino is the best stuff I've come across also. I've never seen the inside or outside of a car look better. I've been a big advocate of theirs for years. Expensive but worth it.

 

i'm always so skeptical when someone handles my car too. posts like this doesn't help calm down my paranoia. lol >_<

 

I would grab the manager and make them fix it.

 

That is why I do oil and filter changes on all my cars myself. I hate to even let one of those doorknobs in my car to do my annual inspection.
