A huge plus is how huge these wheels look. The long, slender spokes that extend to the edge of the rim make a big impression.

Even with 245/45 tires and OEM suspensions, feel like my wheels look larger than 19

Good point STown^^^Similar to my 18s w/ the spokes highlighted to the edges, makes them look more like 19s, and those coupe 19s do appear larger than most 19s.

I think those wheels would look good on any colour, darker ones especially. Definitely a go.

I just want to be 100% sure but are these tire sizes good for my AWD sedan with staggered g37 coupe wheels:

225/45/19
245/40/19

After verification I got a 1% overall difference which shiuld be fine or are my calculations off?

A much better combo would be the same front tire size but go w/ a rear tire of 255/40/19, this setup has the rear being just 0.22% larger, the rear tires wear faster so this variance will get closer to zero as time goes on. The combo you listed is already right at 1% and the rear tires are the shorter ones, so the variance will get worst over time.

agreed, I have 19x9's and I'm running 255/40/19s all around.
