So why did you pick a sedan over a coupe?
Here's my sedan. All stock. Its decent looking, but definitely not as sexy my sister's Altima.

Thx cheers.
I don't either but I'm fairly certain people are just having fun. After all, looks, as another was trying to articulate, are SUBJECTIVE.
Coupe vs. Saloon is all about practicality.
My previous car was a coupe. And my other vehicle is a 2008 Wrangler. Each, with the rear seats folded down, could fit a respectable amount of gear. Unfortunately, neither of them can do so with 4 humans in the car as well. And although I don't have children and won't for 3-4 years. But ski trips, dinner double dates, weekend trips with the gf and another couple, taking clients to lunch, shopping excursions.... the sedan is more suitable for such activities.
The jeep will sit until it's a really ugly day or I'm playing ice hockey (goalie bag is ginormous). And I'll make decision on whether or not to keep it, after this winter. Last season we got >80"s of white stuff in the Philly area, which is insanity. More than Anchorage, Vermont, and Colorado.
The coupe vs sedan debate is silly. You know which you want and which you need. And if you are still on the fence, you probably have others in your life who should be included in the decision making.
IMO the g sedan and coupe are both attractive cars. I personally couldn't have ONLY a coupe in my life. Too many hobbies and friends who deserve more space. The jeep helped with space, but not for the legs, so ultimately, the coupe was sold. Now I have a sedan for the first time in my life. I'm 36 and have owned 9 vehicles.
After 10 days with my g, it's very practical and elegant; yet fast, agile, and drop dead sexy. To me, it was a great compromise between staying in a coupe and growing up.

I was definitely ready for a coupe since the kids have their own cars now, but had to be realistic about hauling what I really needed. Gear. Performance was a major requirement. Your list is right in line with what I looked at. Coming from a TL, I just couldn't stomach the new body style. The G was much more appealing and it really performs. I am glad I went with Infiniti especially with this forum group to help with all the mods I want to do.
Thx cheers.

Same goes for me with the new TL body style. It was in the top three but was doomed once I sat in the G a second time. The TL's been fell out of the ugly tree and hit some big branches on the way down. That and there were about 107 buttons on the wheel and center stack. Intimidated the missus. I wasn't all about the electric steering and predominant FWD (even in the SH-AWD, still FWD until it needs traction) in the TL either. RWD G37 for the win.
both cars look nice, are quick, have plenty of modding potential, and both make a statement.
might as well argue about the best genre of music...
this thread is going nowhere...buy the car you like...its that simple
