I've had my G sedan for about 2 weeks now and I'm starting to notice some semi-annoying things:
1. Still in the break in period and notice my brakes are getting too touchy. Almost like the brake pedal wants to get sucked in when I start braking?
2. My trunk does not seem to close very easily. If I don't apply enough force or hit it just right, it doesn't engage?
Anybody else have these issues? Maybe it takes some getting use to but I'm still loving the car though.

2. Once in a while the trunk doesn't latch on, even though it seems that I applied as much force as I always do. Go figure. Minor detail.
Love the car as well. Can't wait to get in, and I never want to get out.

I washed my car yesterday and got really pissed off at how bad the paint is. I've had the car for 3-4 months and already:
- scratches on the front bumper
- scratches around the handle area of the driver door
- dent on the passender side door
- bird poop that stayed on for a couple of hours left marks at 4-5 different places
- under the passenger door there's a bunch of dents from rocks
- scratch on the black trim around the passenger side door (no idea how that happened)
it's nothing new but yea, it's annoying

Yes, having the right products, the right tools and know how makes a difference. I was just referring to the basic things you'd do in-between detailing. Ex: removing bird crap in the morning before work with a microfiber and a detailing spray and maybe some water (no time for car wash). It almost always leaves a mark, either from the crap or from the rubbing. Claying and polishing would remove most of it I guess.
It's just that this car seems to require 10 times more attention, effort, and time than any car I had in the past. 6 months ago I didn't even know what clay was, because my car always looked great without anything but a car wash. It's sad that the paint doesn't match the quality of the rest of the car.

yeah I know what you mean, it definitely does require more attention than the average car...but IDK, for me I don't mind just cause I really enjoy working on the car and taking care of it. The better it looks then I feel better cause I know it's 100% thanks to me

You can adjust the sensitivity of the auto headlights in the settings.
