Yeah, I imagine it is only a sedan thing. The belts are actually flat against the seat, but with the rear windows all the way down at speed the air gets between the belt and the seat and causes it to flap/vibrate. I haven't been able to devise a way to quiet it down aside from raising the rear windows partially.

I have shut my 2010 off a few times while it was recording a CD and it picks up recording where it left off when I restart the car.

I admit I was under the assumption that the recording was done simultaneously with the playing, but thank goodness it does not.
Thanks for your suggestions.

I tried another CD with 17 songs in it. Like you said, it took less than 10 minutes to record the entire CD, and I could listen to different tracks while it is recording. Nice!

Somehow the first CD I tried is a single 40+ minute track and the Music Box could not handle it well. I have to let the car run non-stop for 40+ minutes to record it. I guess I'll try to record it next time I'm on a longer trip.

There's a way to get rid of the seat belt noise... keep the engine speed above 5,000 RPMs at all times.

I have to post again, because I have so many interior rattles. Rear deck is the worst. Then the dash. Driving me crazy.

I hear things once in a while, but only when going over severe pot holes. I don't know if it's worth a trip to the dealer

2 days in with G ownership, I've noticed a couple minor annoyances:

-it rained today. After it finished raining, I went out to the car to get something I'd left in the trunk. Pop the trunk, fling it open.......and all this water starts dripping/rushing in. Geez.....my '02 Civic coupe's trunk stayed nearly bone-dry when I'd open it after a rain.

-I have a hard time getting out of this car. And I'm not even a fatty, either! The door ledge seems to be unnaturally high, and I find myself constantly kicking it as I try to get out - which obviously, I don't want to do because I don't want shoe scuffs and other marks! I've taken to getting out of it very carefully...it's almost like the drivers seat is a little further away from the door than I'm used to, as well. It's awkward....it's not a car I can just jump out of. If it's this difficult for me to get out of, I can't imagine how it'd be for a bigger/overweight person. Come to think of it, I can't seem to ever recall seeing any "big" guys or girls driving Gs. Hell, even with the seat lowered all the way, I still find the headroom a little tight, and I'm only 5'11".

Two very minor annoyances here with the Bose stereo in my '10 sedan. First, my '05 G sedan's Bose system would "fade in" the music when I turned it on. It would also volume up or down automatically based on my acceleration. My '10 Bose system does not have these features. Like I said, very minor annoyance, but they were nice to have on my '05.

I'm 6'3" and 320 lbs and I can get in and out of my car fine (and its the coupe). It is a little lower than the IS350 but there is a little more leg and shoulder room in the G....
