Yeah, I car would look a lot better lowered. But I'm already scraping my front bumper as-is in California roads.

Took my gamestop money and treated myself to a set of Rays. Next month I'll be taking care of that awful wheel gap.

Nice. I saw a set at the dealership and was going to pull the trigger on these. But I wanted silver.

Should look into some splashguards also.

Silver would look nice, especially on a darker car.

I'm not a big fan of the "stuck on" look you get from splash guards.

0nly flat bottom I've been chasing

2017 Maxima steering wheel
and Altima paddle shifters.Got to find an airbag yet, But the buttons all work!

Plug and play, baby!

Note: Two of the buttons do nothing,
As I do not have those options.
But they all work as labeled!

Note 2: Had my yaw kill toggle switch toggled,
hence all the warning lights

But that’s all part of the allure for me...making it all work and doing something different. It’s an amazing platform for builds- want to go FI or drop a 2jz or LS in there? Go for it. If you have the money and knowledge it can be done with this car, which is also the reason I’ll probably end up buying another G37s coupe in the next few years to turn into a track-only drift or TA car.

There are much heavier cars out there getting thrown around the track with no problem so I never worried ab the weight of the G. I’ll have cut around 250 lbs total off my curb weight when I remove my spare and back seat also, which definitely helps. If it’s setup and tuned properly it all comes down to skill
.

Huge trunk once you remove the spare and all of the danm plastic. Lol

Dropped and intakes

Lowered my 09 g37s coupe m/t on Megan racing lowering springs... the car is sitting pretty low I have about 3.5” of clearance on my exhaust and I scrape on speed bumps near my house lol... here’s a few pics

also installed Z1 intakes! These are amazing I can definitely feel a difference with responsiveness. Quite the hassle to take off the front bumper to install though.

anyone have any tips on wheel spacers? I think I should run some because the wheels are kind of tucked. Not sure about the rear wheels as I think I’d have to trim the fender liner or completely remove it.

I have always been annoyed by my scuffed up engine cover and missing emblem since i bought the car. I do have plans for an ait CF cover but in the meantime decided to try something for fun out of boredom. I suck at painting things but why not try lol...

(Engine cover sand/paint/and did some test fitting while i wait for the burnt bolts that haven't arrived yet)

Ready to prime

Mid Painting

Not perfect but good enough until i get the Ait CF cover, Im happy 😁
