WOW 😳 Looks amazing!

I was a little disappointed that the 8.5" fronts aren't concave however I can't complain too much because I got a great deal on them and they fit!

I have the 08 G37 Journey Coupe (not the one with the larger calipers that say INFINITI.

Heres a better look at the rims before the install. I've been too scared to try to get them installed due to reading that the 38 offsets will not fit my car. 8.5" & 10" staggered CONCEPT ONE CSM01s Black Machined (38/38 offset).

When I purchased these online I assumed by the images that they would ALL be concave but the fronts are straight and the rears are concave. I may eventually purchase 2 more of the 10" rims if they will fit up front however I'll wait til I need new rear tires and then possibly purchase 2 identical 10" rims so that the front and back are all concave and match. Then I could rotate the tires also! I didn't think the 38 offset would fit and had 25mm (1" spacers) just in case but Discount Tire said that they weren't needed. Online I've seen some G coupes running 10s in the front however I was unable to find any G37 coupes with these particular rims or with a 38/38 offset. I don't care to lower my car due to Texas road conditions. All four of my tires were bald so I figured it was time to either put them on or sell them if they didn't didn't fit. Going to post my stock rims on Craigslist because I want them out of my garage!!

However the front rims look fine after being installed and I'm probably being picky about the front rims being flat. I may consider adding spacers down the road however they were not needed for the staggered installation for 38/38 offset. Also Discount tire used my stock TPMS sensors and so far so good! I hope this post helps someone trying to fit 20" rims with 38/38 offsets.

I installed the grom audio vline2, I bought it to have the Apple CarPlay feature. I connected everything but for some reason the vline 2 doesn’t pop up when I’m switching to the buttons

Installed my RJM rev 3.3 clutch pedal finally after letting it gather dust for a few months. Waited till the seats were out for my seat swap before installing the pedal and glad I did. I feel like it would be near impossible without removing the driver seat. Bride seats going in tomorrow.

Finally got around to installing my seat rails and Bride x Cusco Vios III seats today. Excuse the amazing quality picture I took right after torquing the seat rails down, I'll get some better shots later and will replace this one. 4.7 OHM 1/2 watt resistor plugged into the factory driver and passenger airbag harnesses to kill the airbag warning lights. Airbag360 OCS emulator being used for the passenger weight sensor, along with a $5 Amazon seatbelt clip-in to trick the passenger seatbelt sensor. Autopower race roll bar coming for harnesses so I can safely drive on the street and swap my harness to use on the track.

Installed the SS OEM Sport Muffler. Sorry for the bad pic. Sounds great and not too loud. I may try to get some clips for my specific setup.

Had my Coolerworx short shifter and Z1 polyurethane transmission mount installed today. Shifts are insanely short and notchy now, loving it so far. Ash tray and cigarette lighter socket are gone for good so I can adjust the shifter on the fly, if I ever run into an issue with it.

Review coming soon, trying to get some more seat time with it first, but I'm blown away by it.

It looks all kinds of wrong, odd and out of place in a DD considered a somewhat upscale car, but I suspect it feels awesome to use. I'd love a chance someday to drive a setup like this. Cudos for being bold, Goldbug.

What does that mean, adjust the shifter on the fly?

I’m confused too. There isn’t even anything shifter related back behind the ash tray.

So there are adjustable lockout screws on either side of the shifter under the boot. I can reach in there and adjust them believe it or not lol...tight fit but it works if I'm too lazy to take off the boot. I shouldn't ever have to adjust them much (it's for reverse), but it's nice to know I can reach in and adjust them if I ever run into a problem. There's definitely nothing behind the ash tray but it gives me enough room to reach under now where the coolerworx assembly sits.

I guess I should have phrased it "in case $$$$ hits the fan I can adjust/fix it easily". My car isn't my DD also so I have the luck of not having to worry about anything like that, purely a driver's car now just for fun. Oh and if the color of the shifter looks off...it's because it is. I was expecting a graphite finish but received the old finish they just stopped using which was their "Titan" finish with more a blue-slate color to the gray. I'll swap the shift **** out to a silver one soon to make it match/flow with the interior more...wasn't planning for the color to be so off.

So did you take out the back seat? Curious if you considered a Z instead since this car is so heavy.

Not yet, but I am planning to remove it when I can manage to get my hands on an Autopower roll bar. Just waiting for that, and I’ll probably remove the spare also along with the emergency jack since it’s useless at my height. I have 2 new rear wheels, same spec and size, just in a higher offset coming in and will use my current rears as a spares/have a track set if I don’t sell one or both of them.

I’ve honestly just never been a fan of the design of the Z personally (the rear and quarter panel/hatch design bothers me the most) so I was never into them, despite the weight difference and parts availability (for track-related items). I also used to own an 07 6MT G35 sport coupe and ever since I sold that car I had wanted to upgrade to the G37 and go all out building it over time. The VQ platform has some of the best bones to modify the car however you want for a really engaging driving experience, and Infiniti one-upped Nissan in the design department for both generations of the VQ IMO.
