^^^Oh hell no. No where near as drastic or as ugly. Acura pretty much lost their minds. I think the new G is striking and may just need to grow on some people. I like it, its not over the top and it has a ton of potential. That Fairlady is gorgeous, I need to get me some room so I can have mine. My uncle has a '72 that he has had as long as I have been around, only owner a little over 100k on the clock. He said its mine once I have a place to put it

I feel the same way, lol. I feel that this new Q60 will ride the line between the BMW 4 series/M4, which is too bland for me, and the Lexus RC/RC-F, which is too out there for me. So that is why I feel it is nearly perfect as far as design goes. Just need the new turbo engine to produce the right hp and torque numbers, and it will definitely be my next car.

My very first car was a Civic Si and second car was a Prelude. I've always held an affinity for Japanese cars, but when it comes to the luxury market it always seems they are one generation behind the Germans. I really hope Infiniti gets the Q60 right and creates a more powerful variant that can hold its own against the M3/4 and C63 S AMG. In my eyes they are the only ones that have a chance against the German luxury market. I've all but given up on Lexus and Acura.

It looks "nice". The problem is it already has a lot of competetion like bmw 4 series and lexus RC we really expect it to have some extraordinary looks.

I can see that the lines of the vehicle represent "smoothness", they represent a continuous flow. It fails to give you the aggressive sports car impression.

I wish the front looked like this :

The 4 series is nice but lacks a little character. My mom has one, its a sweet little car but looks wise its a little plain in my book. The RC is flat out ugly. I like the potential it possesses but the design team was on some ish when they made that one. The new Q60 has a great look, should have great power and torque. The reason it fails to give that "aggressive sports car impression" is because its not an aggressive sports car! Its a powerful sleek touring car that is meant to be comfortable, quiet and quick. Its sole purpose isn't to burn up the quarter mile (though it can be made to do so), Its made for long drives up the coast and for cruising around town with style and power

Idk what to say but this is what I heard recently so take it with a grain of salt. A big one tho. 2 3.0tt engine options. A replacement to the 3.7 with similar power out put but more torque than the 3.7 and a beefed up version with 400hp. Possible IPL replacement? 2.0t will be standard engine. Remote start will come out early next year on 2 brand new cars (I think we know which ones those are) and you might be able to use them from an app. I expect this to make it down the line. Probaly in new Coupe and Q50? Q50 gets 2.0t in Q1 and 3.0tt mid way thru. 16 has a face lift with a new Hydraulic assist steering in between the Standard electrical and DAS. Oh and Infiniti is doing something to the DAS for the press. Possible more settings to counter the bad criticism. I also expect a face lifted 2016 QX60 as well.

Take it for what its worth.

Interesting! I had been hearing that there would also be 2 3.0 turbo options, one at 400hp and the beefed up version at 450hp. Doesn't really surprise me that the 2.0 turbo will be the base engine.

The 2.0 is being rated at 208 hp in the CLA/GLA/QX30/Q30. I think the C/E Class its 238hp. I hope the Q50/Q60 2.0t will be in the 240hp range if its going to be the base on both of them.

240hp seems reasonable for the base model, though the 3.0 turbo is the one that I would be picking up! Just curious what will be the final product output, 400hp or 450hp! Either way, as long as torque is going up, which it should because of the turbo, it should be pretty dang quick.

It seems that if there is indeed a 400hp version, which I think there is, that is going to be the all out performance version, that 450hp would be needed to compete with the RC-F/M4/C63 as far as hp numbers go. Hope we get some actually hp numbers and trim level soon, surprised that nothing has leaked out yet, however, Nissan/Infiniti is really good at keeping stuff secret until they are ready.

Keep in mind that the 2.0l turbo makes 365 HP in the CLA45/GLA45 AMG. Right at 400 with a simple tune.

Yeah but thats tuned by AMG and is Benz pride and joy. We aint going to be able to touch that. Plus those have been maxed out from what I have read by Owners and AMG techs so forth that the next 2.0 AMG will help develop.
