FI is doing some testing with their exhaust and this thing is putting out some impressive numbers. I believe it on their Facebook page.

Yeah it was me I posted that there was only a .4 inch difference, so less than half an inch difference in ride height between the RS RWD and RS AWD. The numbers were something like 57.8 in. ride height for the RS RWD and 58.2 inches for the RS AWD model.

Yeah but I also want to say I saw it in training. Or it was talked about as well.

I see well either way the ride height differences shouldn't be noticeable between the AWD or RWD with the naked eye.

I mean can you or can't you live without the extra tech? I am pretty sure that it would come as required for the red sport model. I am pretty sure someone said that both the tech package and drivers assist utilize that front badge in order to work.

It's a shame that Nissan Infiniti isn't giving a more individual approach to each option when adding them. Instead they are grouping them in these packages, if you want one but not another in the same group, too bad you have to get the whole freaking package.
I think the front emblem is only with the tech package. I think the Drivers assistance package doesn't have intelligent cruise which is the purpose of the different emblem.

That was the first thing that I noticed as well...very happy to see that it actually looked like a coupe in person.

It's not. I've said it about a dozen times between different forums and both Drivers assistance and tech packs get flat emblem. There are plenty of pics out there to confirm this.

I put in bold what could possibly need the assistance of a specialized front badge, in terms of a hidden radar.

Driver's Assistance:

Forward Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection [*]
Rain Sensing Wipers
Around View® Monitor (AVM) with Moving Object Detection (MOD)[*]
Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW)[*]
Front & Rear Parking Sensors[*]
Blind Spot Warning (BSW)[*]
Backup Collision Intervention® (BCI)[*]

Technology Package 3.0t

Headlights - Auto leveling Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS)
Intelligent Cruise Control with Full Speed Range (ICC)[*]
Eco pedal
Front Seat Driver/Passenger Pre-Crash Seatbelts
Headlights - High Beam Assist (HBA)
Distance Control Assist (DCA) [*]
Advanced Climate Control System (ACCS) with Plasmacluster® and Grape Polyphenol filter[*]

It looks to me that both Tech and Driver Assist packages have facilities that could make use of a specialized front emblem, hence no front debadging unless you dont care about the feature or the money.

Yeah because of those items, that emblemless grill is needed.

You mean no regular emblem, but the specialized one, which you can not remove due to the tech
