That is where the new Radar for the DCA/FED/ICC is housed. Instead of having it on the bumper (looked like BLACK rectangles on other models) it is now on the Grille. QX30 will have that as well as new QX50 and everything else that gets a visual upgrade on the ext round. Its a more compact unit.

I got to drive the 3.0t coupe today. I had a 2011 G37 and it was a disaster. 2013 M37 had the same issues. Q50 was just slightly better. Now they put the same thing in the completely redesigned coupe. It does feel better in sport mode but it still has issues not acceptable for a car with $53k on the sticker - that's what this non-sport version was. BMW 435i can be had for $50K loaded after negotiations, and as much as I like Infiniti and was looking forward to the new Q60, 435i is just a better car... The emblem does not look that bad in person and is the least of my concerns...just my 2 cents.

Checked out another base 3.0t at a different dealer today. The new Bose set up does sound much better, I was quite surprised. Hadn't noticed the black headliner before either. And both dealers I visited said they have RS coupes coming in first week of September, so I am not sure about this November delivery date for the RS. The second one actually said Sept 3rd specifically so I guess we will know soon.
I jus don't understand the recent OEM wheel trend with the generic design and the black paint. Who the fk came up with this stupid trend I wanna kno and have a serious talk with them. All the car brands have them now
