Hey guys. I've searched everywhere about adding paddle shifters on G37x coupe and some say that some of the G37x are not pre wired for paddle shifters and was wondering if anyone can confirm that the year 2011 G37x coupe is pre wired for it? Thanks.
I don't think people know for sure whether or not they are pre-wired for paddle shifters. I think the case is that people have *checked* and the wiring appears to be there already. It is relatively simple to remove your steering wheel trim and take a look, check the service manual and reassure yourself one way or the other.

You're not looking for the owners manual, you'll be needing the service manual.
I believe this is the section you're looking for.

Here is the complete manual for the coupe:

Good luck!

Another thing. Off topic but. I think one of my muffler is making a rattling sound when I drive like kinda gunning it but not hard. It sounds like it's coming from the right muffler. I have stock exhaust.
If you have a coupe, there's only the one muffler. It's a canister type with two inlets and two outlets. A rattling sound is pretty hard to diagnose. Try to see if someone else can stand outside and identify where exactly it is coming from. It might be a piece of trim rattling, worst case, it might be a blown baffle.

It happened when I got the car home like coupe of days. I prob did it from gunning it when I got the car to feel the power lol. I use to have 2010 Maxima SV and was tired of the CVT and no power haha.
