I contacted GTM. I basically asked which transmission would be advised. this is their reply.

Thanks for your inquiry. As of right now, there is no indication that the stock AWD transfer case is incapable of handling 500whp. That of course depends on the intended use of the car. Things that stress a transfer case are improper launching techniques and drifting. If you do either of those things, it may be a concern. However, since there is no data on G37 transfer case failures related to either activity there is no way to say at what power level and/or driving style will cause a failure. At the moment, it is not unreasonable to take a "if ain't broke, don't fix it" approach, especially considering that there has not been any development on the transfer case. No broken transfer cases, no reason to develop a "better one".

In regards to making the power and building a transmission to handle it, that is certainly within our capability and is our specialty. How soon are you looking to get this done?
