hey this is my first post here, soon to be proud owner of an 08 g37s coupe white/black 6mt. im a little surprised that nobody has thought of a silver sharpie. (im not saying its a great idea) but who knows it might work as a quick fix.

A silver sharpie will still stand out IMO. I bought my 08 used as well and it was scratched up. I just paid the 60-70 bucks for brand new ones. Makes a big difference..now the doors look brand new.

I ended up covering mine in vinyl wrap as per the pic. Very easy to do and the only tools required are thumbs and a hair dryer. They both turned out great but I could have fixed them to perfection if I had taken some extra time initially.

I am tempted to recover the other trim bits in vinyl wrap now. We will see.

If anyone is interested in covering their interior door handles in vinyl wrap, I have a lot of extra vinyl. No charge except for my shipping costs from Toronto, Canada. Send me an e-mail if you would like enough vinyl wrap to cover a pair of door handles.

First come, first serve.

Twist the top off and it's a mini brush.

The wet sanding them came out surprisingly nice! Very cool. Thanks for sharing!

Mine also has scratches... I've decided to take them off and lay carbon fiber over them. It'll be a lot of work, but I am used to working with composites.

I just wrapped a friend's G37 trim in some 3M 2080 deep blue metallic vinyl wrap. Looks awesome. Pictures on my Instagram story highlights; jpowers36.
