Ordered both pass. and driver handles for my old '10 at Miller ($40 each, COD). They installed them when I dropped it of for an oil change (I brought the oil). They didn't charge me for the handles, service advisor said it was covered by the warranty.

How can you call a 2010 car "old"?

This is good news if I can get this fixed under warranty.

I searched the forum and found a great fix: Cover the handles with 3M carbon composite decals. Got a sheet of 3M decal, removed the handles and applied the decal. Looks not too bad, at least better that scratched finish.
Any pics?? haha

Just noticed this today on my G with 4k miles on it. It's on the passenger side long door trim, not on the handle part.

I tried to rub it but it looked like I was making it worse and peeling more material off. Pretty irritating.

I guess Im pretty much out of luck with this eh?

My 11 Convertible is already scratching which has been a disappointment. My 09 coupe with Washi at 30K miles never did this. I may be ordering a set of Washi handles from Riverside soon unless I can find a carbon decal sheet.

Wish I had known this as my door handle piece scratched on my 11 G Coupe and I paid 74.00 bucks to get it replaced!

My 2008 had the brushed aluminum inside door handles. When the car was a week old, the seat belt tension was so tight that the seat belts "flew" off as soon as the release button was popped open. It flew over and banged the decorative aluminum trim and dented it. Both doors too. I was told that it was wear and tear. I was very careful, and later the seat belts seemed to "relax." I have a nice dent in both handles.
